Medium and High Voltage CT and PT Vendors

Electrical services over 600 Vac are classified as either ‘Medium Voltage’ or ‘High Voltage’. These terms are not precise and are used interchangeably. In general, medium voltage is about 1 kVac to 69 kVac and high voltage from 100 kVac through 345 kVac.

WattNode meters and current transformers (CTs) manufactured by Continental Control Systems (CCS) are rated for use up to 600 Vac. CCS does not sell medium or high voltage rated CTs or PTs (potential transformers). Sources for these types of instrument transformers are listed below:
