The Accu-CT® family of current transformers, ACTL-0750 and ACTL-1250 series are UL listed, so there are no specific conditions of acceptability (as there would be for a UL recognized component). However, these CTs must be used in a way that does not exceed their electrical ratings and they must be installed following the installation instructions.
Although conditions of acceptability are not generally needed when using the Accu-CT family of CTs with a WattNode meter, the following information may be helpful if you are using them in other applications or seeking approval to use them with other devices.

GENERAL
These devices are single-phase open type air cooled encapsulated current transformers. They may be provided with a burden resistor that enables AC voltage secondary output.
They are suitable for use in 55°C ambient in accordance with the requirements of IEEE Standard C57.13-1993 and CAN/CSA 60044-1.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTABILITY
- The transformers shall be installed within equipment that will provide an acceptable enclosure.
- The suitability of the lead wires shall be determined in the end use product.
- These transformers have not been tested for accuracy, impulse and mechanical tests, only temperature and dielectric voltage-withstand tests were performed.
- The acceptability of the mounting means for these transformers shall be judged in the end use.
